During his summer internship with the American Economic Association Program, Jose coauthored a research study regarding the differential effect of an anti-immigrant political climate on the behavioral remittances of Mexican migrants living in the US since 1982 to 2018. In addition to his passion for numbers, he believes that people are the most important capital for the success of any company. During his senior year in college, he nurtured the passion for executive compensation consulting whereby he is eager to play an important role in crafting optimal compensation packages necessary to motivate executive officers by aligning their interests with that of the shareholders. As a result, he joined Pay Governance in July 2021.
During his free times, Jose has learned how to play the piano. He is active in his community helping to serve the less fortunate.
