Michael is a Consultant in the Los Angeles office of Pay Governance. In this role, Michael provides support on all aspects of compensation benchmarking and incentive evaluation, with the ultimate goal of aligning reward programs with shareholder interests. Michael has three years of executive compensation consulting experience with a wide range of clients in various industries including utilities, oil and gas, manufacturing, technology, and healthcare.
Michael holds a M.S. from Cornell University, Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management, and a B.B.A. from the University of Miami.
Prior to joining Pay Governance, Michael worked as an executive compensation senior analyst at Farient Advisors.
