Julia Kennedy is a consultant out of our Dallas office, however she resides in Atlanta, Georgia. Julia has experience in various aspects of executive compensation, including peer group development and validation, research and analysis of compensation practices and trends, competitive pay assessments for executives and non-employee directors, pay-for-performance assessments, and short- and long-term incentive plan design. She also has extensive experience conducting equity incentive valuations for accounting purposes. Julia has worked with clients in a variety of industries including energy, financial services, manufacturing, retail, and technology.
