Michael Keebaugh is a Principal in Pay Governance’s Boston Office. He has over 8 years of experience working with public and private companies in all areas of executive compensation. His work includes the development of competitive compensation levels for senior executives, annual and long-term incentive plan design, board of director compensation, equity plan proposals, pay for performance analyses, succession planning, and employee benchmarking.
Michael graduated from Boston College with a B.A. in Economics and minor in History, and has completed significant coursework in Physics and Mathematics.
Prior to joining Pay Governance, Michael worked in executive compensation at Compensation Advisory Partners.
He has authored many articles on various executive compensation issues and his work has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Agenda, and WorldatWork’s publications Workspan and Journal.
