Christine is a Pay Governance Managing Partner based in Chicago and has been consulting with clients across industries for more than twenty-five years. Christine serves as the advisor to the Boards of companies of all sizes and stages of evolution, including a number of Fortune 500 companies. She has a strong track record of helping boards and management teams develop, communicate and maintain pay programs that are aligned with her clients’ business strategy and performance while navigating evolving investor and broader stakeholder expectations. Christine has also served on the Firm’s Leadership Committee.
Christine has consulted with a diverse group of clients across industries, including technology, professional services, financial services, entertainment, rail, real estate, retail, and utilities. She has developed and presented research on CD&A best practices and the impact of management and Board diversity on company performance.
Christine earned a B.B.A. in Finance and Business Economics with a concentration in International Business from the University of Notre Dame.
Prior to joining Pay Governance, Christine served as the Group Leader of Towers Watson's Chicago Executive Compensation practice, managing consultants while also serving as an advisor.
Prior to joining Towers Perrin, Christine managed the compensation consulting practice of a national real estate advisory firm. Christine's professional career began in Arthur Andersen's Business Consulting division as a member of the Financial Services Industry practice.
