David Jenkins is a Consultant based in Houston, TX with over 12 years of executive compensation experience.
He provides consulting services in all areas of executive and director compensation with both public and privately-held companies. He has worked with clients across various industries including: Chemicals, Healthcare, Industrials, Manufacturing, Mining, Oil & Gas, Retail, Semiconductors, and Steel.
David holds a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Houston, with a specialization in applied statistics.
Prior to joining Pay Governance, David was a Principal with Compensation Advisory Partners for 5 years and a Vice President at Pearl Meyer for 8 years. He began his career at Aon Hewitt, where he gained extensive knowledge in benefits, defined Benefit, and defined contribution retirement plans.
David is currently a member of Houston Compensation and Benefits.
