Gagan Singh is a Consultant in the Philadelphia office of Pay Governance with over 15 years of executive compensation consulting experience. He works with Compensation Committees and senior management teams in developing effective executive compensation programs that balance risk and reward, in a constantly evolving regulatory and corporate governance environment. His experience extends to all aspects of compensation program design, from competitive compensation benchmarking to severance/change-in-control calculations. He works with clients across multiple industries, including financial services, real estate, energy, and technology.
Gagan Singh earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and an MBA from the University of Oxford, U.K.
Before joining Pay Governance, Gagan worked in the Executive Compensation line of business at Willis Towers Watson, most recently as a Director in the Global Financial Services practice. In this role, he helped domestic and universal financial services firms develop effective compensation programs for their leadership teams as well as broad-based employees.
