Jaime is responsible for Firm development, as well as for providing expertise and counsel to Boards of Directors, Compensation Committees, Governance Committees and senior executives of large companies. Jaime has extensive experience in all areas of compensation as well as in general management challenges, having founded, built and sold a multi-million dollar health care business.
Jaime Pludo is a Partner at Pay Governance, with over twenty years serving as a trusted advisor to Boards, Committees and senior management in all areas of compensation, incentive design and governance.
Jaime earned a B.A. with honors in Economics from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. in finance and marketing from Columbia University’s Business School.
Prior to joining Pay Governance, LLC, Jaime was a Partner with Towers Watson and Towers Perrin. Jaime also founded, built and sold the first urgent care chain of centers in the Philadelphia region.
Jaime has deep expertise in health care and start-ups. Additionally, Jaime serves on the Nominating Committee and Board for the World Affairs Council, and on the Executive Compensation and Succession Planning Committee for a large healthcare system.
