Jennifer Teefey is a Consultant in Pay Governance’s New York office. Jennifer has four years of executive compensation consulting experience, working alongside Compensation Committees and management teams. Her experience includes executive pay benchmarking, incentive plan design, outside director compensation assessments, peer group design, pay-for-performance analyses, and peer group development.
Jennifer supports clients ranging Fortune 100 corporations to small privately held companies across a variety of industries, including: technology, biotechnology, MedTech, industrials, automotive, and insurance.
Jennifer holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and a minor in Business Management from Purdue University.
Prior to joining Pay Governance, Jennifer worked as an executive compensation consultant at Semler Brossy.
Publications include articles in NACD Directorship Magazine Workspan, and the Harvard Law School Forum on Corporate Governance.
