Kyle has four years of executive compensation consulting experience, supporting both Compensation Committees and internal management teams on a variety of compensation strategy topics. His experience includes executive and director pay assessments, incentive plan design, peer group development, and pay-for-performance analyses. Kyle has supported clients ranging in size and life cycles, including those in the industrials, retail, consumer products, and biotechnology industries.
Kyle attended the University of Cincinnati where he studied Finance and Operations Management.
Prior to joining Pay Governance LLC, Kyle was a Consultant at Semler Brossy.
