Mike Keebaugh is a Principal in the Boston office of Pay Governance. e primarily serves the Boston and Northeast markets and also assists clients throughout the country. Mike has approximately 13 years of experience working with Compensation Committees and Senior Management teams on executive compensation issues.

Mike’s active client base is primarily focused on the life sciences and tech industries, from pre-clinical to commercial stages, and spans all phases of the business lifecycle, ranging from start-up to IPO planning to steady-state public companies.

Mike is an analytical and strategic expert in executive and broad compensation design, specializing in the development of competitive compensation structures for both senior executives and the broader employee base. His expertise includes annual and long-term incentive plan design, board of director compensation, equity plans, pay-for-performance analyses, succession planning, and peer group development, among other areas.

 

Education

Mike graduated from Boston College with a B.A. in Economics and minor in History, and has completed significant coursework in Physics and Mathematics.

Previous experience

Prior to joining Pay Governance, Mike worked in executive compensation at Compensation Advisory Partners.
