Montserrat graduated from the Nolan School of Hotel Administration at the SC Johnson College of Business in Cornell University in 2022.
Prior to joining Pay Governance, Montserrat was a Hospitality Valuation Analyst for Newmark V&A. While at Cornell University, she interned for Related Companies as an Acquisitions and Development Analyst. Additionally, Montserrat is bilingual in English and Spanish.
