Patrick Haggerty is a Partner located in Charleston, SC. He has over twenty years of experience working with companies on a wide range of executive compensation issues. Clients for whom Patrick serves as the Board or Management advisor include major US companies in manufacturing, healthcare, financial service, medical device, and pharmaceutical industries. His experience extends to working with public and private companies as well as assisting companies with transactions such as acquisitions, spin-offs, and IPOs.
Patrick earned a Master of Science degree in economics at the University of South Carolina and an MBA with a concentration in human resources at Georgia State University.
Prior to joining Pay Governance, Patrick was a senior consultant in Willis Towers Watson's executive compensation practice.
Patrick has been published in leading journals and newspapers, including the Directors & Boards, Agenda, and Financier Worldwide. Recently, he has written articles entitled “Activist Shareholders and Executive Compensation”, “Do companies known for innovation use incentive metrics that measure innovation?” and “2016 Compensation Trends in U.S.”
