Ryan Park is a Managing Partner at Pay Governance (Korea) with over 30 years of experience. Ryan is an internationally–recognized consultant in the area of Human Resource Management consulting.

Prior to joining Pay Governance as a Managing Partner, Ryan served for 17 years as a Managing Principal of Towers Perrin and a Managing Director of Towers Watson, Head of Korea. Ryan worked at Coopers & Lybrand and was responsible for strategic consulting as a Managing Consultant. Ryan has lectured on Human Resource Management and Business Administration at universities in Korea and abroad.

Currently Ryan is also a Professor at the College of Business Administration at Ewha Womans University. He was a Vice-Chairman of the Korean Academy of Organization and Management and a Vice-Chairman of the Korean Society for Human Resource Management (KSHRM).
