Szu has extensive experience in executive and board compensation consulting. She assists compensation committees and management in evaluating the appropriateness of compensation programs, including pay-for-performance alignment, short- and long-term incentive plan design and modeling, and change of control and employment agreements. She has intensive experience working with clients from technology industry, including eCommerce, FinTech, IT consulting, semiconductor, and software services companies. She also advises clients in the biotech, distribution, financial services, industrial services, insurance, and utility industries.
Szu holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance from George Washington University in Washington DC. She is a Certified Executive Compensation Professional (CECP) and a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) through WorldatWork.
Prior to joining Pay Governance in 2020, Szu was a consultant and the Vice President for Pearl Meyer in Atlanta for more than 12 years.
