As a key member of Pay Governance's Proxy Advisor and Governance team, Perla is a technical expert on ISS and Glass Lewis policies. She is committed to ensuring that executive compensation strategies deliver value that is aligned with both the company’s long-term goals and shareholder interests.
Perla brings a comprehensive skill set, with expertise in competitive assessments of executive and director compensation, compensation and performance peer group development, the design of annual and long-term incentive plans, pay-for-performance evaluations, and Say on Pay support. Perla graduated Magna Cum Laude from the City College of New York with a B.A. in Economics, with a specialization in Finance.
