Perla Cuevas is a Consultant out of our New York office. She has over 8 years of experience supporting and advising Compensation Committees on numerous aspects of executive compensation and governance-related issues. Perla is a key member of Pay Governance's Proxy Advisor and Governance team and is a technical expert on ISS and Glass Lewis policies. Perla assists clients on a number of analyses including peer group development, research and analysis of compensation practices and trends, executive compensation and realizable pay, outside director compensation, broad-based compensation and leveling, and Say on Pay support.
Perla graduated Magna Cum Laude from the City College of New York with a B.A. in Economics, with a specialization in Finance.
